2. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without providing any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement (for example, an email) to the contact details provided below before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product
  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

4. Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with applicable law, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken (for health and hygiene reasons as permitted under Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive)
  • Products that have been damaged through misuse or improper handling by the consumer

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at help-desk@wraxylonquabl.world within 14 days of receiving your product, clearly stating your intention to return the product and including your order number.
  2. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request and provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection.
  4. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Refund details:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the initial standard delivery costs (if applicable).
  • If you chose a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard delivery we offer, we will only reimburse the cost of the cheapest standard delivery.
  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
  • We will process the refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods, or, if earlier, the day on which you provide evidence of having sent back the goods.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest.

7. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately at help-desk@wraxylonquabl.world. In such cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs
  • We will offer you a replacement product or a full refund, at your choice
  • You have the right to claim remedies under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen, 2022:260) for defective goods, which provides protections for up to three years from the date of delivery

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law. You are entitled to remedies under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen 2022:260) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).
